Custom Cut
This is a precision cutting and packaging service. Firstly, we cut a specified length (wire (+/- 10.0cm) or chain (+/-1 link)). Secondly, we wind it onto a bobbin or a reel or bag it. Basically, we cut your material to the length specified and package it in a way that is easy to handle. This completes the measuring work.
Packaging of wire will completed with lengths 0f less than or equal to 100M being coiled and longer lengths being reeled. Chainwith lengths 0f less than or equal to 30M being bagged and longer lengths being reeled
Requirements for a greater level of accuracy in length or custom packaging can be discussed. Please contact us directly and we would be happy to determine what would be involved. We do precision cutting (+/- 0.5mm) to support some of our very technical clients – please contact us with your specs for a quote.
Different diameters of wire/chain have very different handling characteristics and so there is a price variance by size.
