This Cutter Head is an auxillaryhead. This is NOT a complete tool. It fits on our EM Series Battery Powered Hydraulic Swaging Tool – and that’s about it. It will swage ferrules and stainless fittings all day long – with 1 hand 🙂 This robust design eliminates shake and vibration which makes the tool usable over extended timeframes
Usage: This Swager Head makes Swaging/Crimping of Hourglass/Duplex Ferrules/Swages super easy – again (…don’t drop it). The Swaging Head suits Swages made of Nickel Coated Copper (from 3mm to whatever you can into the jaws of this beast) or Aluminium and Stainless Steel fittings for 3mm up to 6mm Stainless Steel Wire Rope. Used properly, the precise crimping die sets and integral lock with self-releasing mechanism ensure high-quality crimping effect after crimping repeatedly.
