They provide the necessary isolation of a stainless fastener from an aluminium or steel structure in exactly the same way that Grommets do for posts. Flat Washer Nylon fittings are made from UV Stable Nylon and are compatible with fittings of the proper thread size. These are the standard size that just fits under a nut.

Usage: Nylon Flat STD OD Washers normally sit between the attachment substrate and another stainless washer that sits below the fastener.
