Our Hydraulic Swaging service makes wires to order using a wire structure of your choosing in combination of wire kits of you choosing as well. All we need is your measurements from inside post to inside post & we will make the wires to order – and guarantee that they will fit (or we’ll do them over).
Hydraulic Swaging as a custom service is something that Low Cost Wire is pleased to offer in our factory in Sydney. Our Cut and Swage service (also know as pre-swaged wires) has a turn around time of about a week (1-day express service is available on an agreed basis for a premium price). Wire are made to order using a wire structure (7×7 or 1×19) of your choosing in combination of wire kits of you choosing as well – happy to make recommendations in both cases!
We just need your measurements from inside post to inside post and the wires will be made to order – and we guarantee that they will fit (or we’ll do them over). Basically, all the hard work is done for you – you just drill holes in your posts (metal or timber), drill out your intermediate posts, take delivery of your wires and install them in a couple of hours.
We will also ship out any grommets and post fittings ahead of the wires so that you can have everything drilled and sorted when the wires arrive.
