Flat Washer Nylon 4.0mm fittings are made from UV Stable Nylon and are compatible with M4 Threaded fittings.

Flat Washer Nylon 4.0mm are simply awesome – however, we do have other materials. They provide the necessary isolation of a stainless fastener from an aluminium or steel structure in exactly the same way that Grommets do for posts. Flat Washer Nylon 4.0mm fittings are made from UV Stable Nylon and are compatible with M4 Threaded fittings. They have industry standard sizing – in this case DIN125A.
Usage: Nylon Flat Washers 4.0mm normally sit between the attachment substrate and another stainless washer that sits below the fastener. The width of the nylon washer should reflect the width of the stainless steel washer as they work in concert.Additionally, all fittings, fasteners and tools mentioned: such as a c-spanner and hydraulic swager tools are available through our store as well.
