Description
These Hexagonal Cordless Hydraulic Swager dies EM Series suit the 12T Low Cost Wire Cordless Hydraulic Swaging Tool. The sizing is very similar to the EP Series, but the width of the contact surface is more, thus allowing faster work and use on larger wire with elevated head pressure.
Application: They are offered separately – in case of loss of the original or if there is an interest in having some extras. All of the dies intended for our Swaging Tools are (and have always been) high carbon steel that is heat treated for long life. Some are Plated (similar to a socket set – depends on the factory run), and all are awesome. Used as recommended, in the EM tool, these jaws are hard enough that they will (probably) never need to be replaced. But if you do wear them out, or lose them in the forest – the replacements are available here…
The dies are available as individual (matched) pairs or as a set. These little beauties work for specific tools – as well as being available in specific sizes. Please note that the EM series dies will fit the EP series tools – however this cross series fitment is not always recommended.
