These Standard Wire Rope Cable Grippers are yellow and awesome. This is an extremely robust product used to generate tension in cables. These forged Wire Rope Gripper Cable Clamps are made from high quality alloy steel with heat treated jaws. They are designed to pull all sorts of cable into position with a desired tension – before fittings are added to the cables themselves. Capacities available from 0.5 tonne to 2.0 tonne and wire from 1.0mm to 20.0mm can be pulled
Usage: These Wire Rope Cable Grippers can be used to tension and adjust overhead power lines or catenary wires to prevent sag and tighten wire. Additionally, their light weight, and small size make them easy to carry and deploy in the field. The 1T version has a safety device, to prevent the jump line of steel strand while the 2T version has three-sided jaws for an extremely reliable clamping force.
