A Wire Rope Stop Large (4.0mm-6.0mm) is a solid piece of G316 Stainless Steel that has a pocket milled out of the center of the disc of the fitting allowing a single wire to be secured with a grub screw, thus forming a wire stop or collar. These are also known as ‘Shelf Stops’.

Description
A Wire Rope Stop Large (4.0mm-6.0mm) is a solid piece of G316 Stainless Steel that has a pocket milled out of the center of the disc of the fitting allowing a single wire to be secured with a grub screw, thus forming a wire stop or collar. These are also known as ‘Shelf Stops’. A Hex head key is required to remove the grub screw and let the wires slide into place. The Wire Stop is also perfect for stainless steel wire trellis installations that form vertical gardens that may require pots or containers to be positioned. Combined with our Variable Degree Net Clips, wires, pots, etc, – either horizontal and vertical – can achieve positioning at various angles – from 0 up to 90 degrees.
Application: These Wire Rope Stop Large (4.0mm-6.0mm) are designed to work with 2.5mm to 4.0mm wire rope. They support or secure a ‘thing’ connected to the wire in either a horizontal or vertical direction. If the grid spacing is large or the run is long in one dimension, additional support is achieved by using the cross clamp with wall attachment or selective wire crossovers. Simply remove the central hex head grub screw. insert your wires and position. To secure wires, replace the central grub screw and tighten.
