Different materials affect swage suitability. Aluminium suits High Tensile or Mild Steel Wire or Galvanised Wire Rope. Copper or Nickel Plated Copper or Stainless Steel suits any grade of Stainless Steel Wire Rope. Each size of Swage is designed to work with a specific size of wire as defined in our reference tables.
