Flat Washer Nylon 8.0mm Large OD fittings are sized to sit next to a Stainless Steel Fender Washer and are made from Nylon 6/6, a high-viscosity nylon that exhibits a great deal of strength and resistance to temperature extremes, making this material ideal for chemical and electrical applications. And because nylon is non-corrosive, antimagnetic, and resistant to friction and vibration, these washers can withstand a good deal of wear and tear and movement without becoming damaged or compromised. Nylon washers are also highly resistant to higher temperatures, making them safer than many other washer types, and the materials weather-resistant properties allow for great versatility in a range of applications especially in outdoor settings

Usage: Nylon Flat Washers normally sit between the attachment substrate and another stainless washer that sits below the fastener.
