Heatshrink Tube 4:1 Dual Wall Adhesive really has an amazing shrink Ratio (4:1), double walled for resilience, and inner heat activated adhesive for durability – and this covering is the KEY to incredible durability. This is ‘no-compromise’ premium Heatshrink Tubing for maximum flexibility and strength.  It is used to cover a fastener or a connection (usually a swage sleeve) in a neat, durable and watertight manner. Itis an optional product that can be incorporated with a wire as it it is built. Normally, wires are built without an additional layer of coating.

Usage: This Heatshrink Tube 4:1 Dual Wall Adhesive has its internal diameter/size specified. When heat is applied, the material will shrink down to 1/4 of the starting diameter and the adhesive will be activated and melt resulting in a firm, flexible, and watertight joint. This product is available in various diameters in Black.  Sizing is based on the inner diameter of the tube – and remembering the 4:1 shrink ratio – the HeatShrink Tubing is chosen accordingly. Basically, we can cut lengths of Heatshrink Tubing that will work with your wire diameter – So all the hard work is done for you.
