Heatshrink Tube 4:1 Dual Wall Adhesive is a range of PE (Polyethylene) heat shrinkable tubing that meets the UL224-201 standard. This Heatshrink is suitable for the insulation protection of the products with irregular shapes and large differences in outer diameter between the cables, connectors and components. The hot melt adhesive that coated inside of the tubing provides reliable and waterproof performance. Once heated, the outer protective layer is formed and the inner forms an adhesive layer that protects against moisture and secures the object firmly. Adhesive lined heat shrink offers excellent insulation and adhesion to rubber, PVC, PE, aluminium and can be used in various fields such as communications, power cables, and chemical pipelines.
Usage: This Heatshrink Tube 4:1 Dual Wall Adhesive has its internal diameter/size specified. When heat is applied, the material will shrink down to 1/4 of the starting diameter and the adhesive will be activated and melt resulting in a firm, flexible, and watertight joint
