Swager Head Range 1.5mm to 5.0mm
This awesome replacement Swaging Head suits the portable and bench mounted versions of our All in 1 Mechanical Swaging & Cutting Tool. It is well designed with reliable, solid construction and works with Aluminium & Copper & Nickel Coated Copper Ferrules and end stops. These Jaw Dies are what are required to ‘swage’ a ferrule and are differentially sized to accommodate the various swages. The precise crimping die sets and integral lock with self-releasing mechanism ensure high-quality crimping effect after crimping repeatedly. The Jaws can also be swapped over for Cable Cutters or even the Rod Cutting Head.

Swager Head is a replacement or accessory head. This is NOT a complete tool. It fits on our bench mounted All-in-One Swaging and Cutting Tool as well as our 600mm Professional Hand Swager. It will swage ferrules and cut cables all day long – with 1 hand 🙂 This robust design eliminates shake and vibration which makes the tool usable over extended timeframes
Usage: The integral Side Cutting Function for wire up to 5.0mm Galvanised or Stainless Steel with forged steel jaws make easy work of all structures of wire (7×7, 7×19, and 1×19). This makes Swaging/Crimping of Hourglass/Duplex Ferrules/Swages super easy. The Swaging Head suits Swages made of Nickel Coated Copper or Aluminium. Under pain of DISCIPLINE – do NOT use this tool on Stainless Steel fittings. It will simply annoy the fitting and then fold up and die. Used properly, the precise crimping die sets and integral lock with self-releasing mechanism ensure high-quality crimping effect after crimping repeatedly.
