Description
The Adjustable 180 Degree Slip-Lox Cable Gripper serves as flexible attachment point. It is a Nickel Coated Brass fitting from our Slip-Lox range that accepts an M6x1.0 male fastener for hanging items securely on miniature wire in a NON-PERPENDICULAR manner. Each fitting works for a recommended range of wire diameters with a 7×7 structure. This fitting has a side exit attachment shell. The polished cylindrical body provides a “gallery level” appearance for that timeless look. The Slip-Lox Cable Gripper holds the wire with incredible strength and remains adjustable even under maximum load. Additionally, the base material is high quality Brass assuring compatibility with all grades of stainless steel and galvanised wire rope. The nickel-plated chromium finish avoids any sort of dis-similar alloys reaction is both superior and durable. Slip-Lox hooks suit general purpose hanging, suspension and display applications.
Usage: The Adjustable 180 Degree Slip-Lox Cable Gripper attaches to with an M6 fastener. Our Slip-Lox Cable Grippers have 3-Ball Cam Lock hold with incredible strength while leaving the wire undamaged. The 3-Ball Cam Lock secures the fitting to the line using a simple but effective ‘gravity enhanced’ locking mechanism – that remains adjustable even under maximum load without tools. Finally, Slip-Lox fittings are completely compatible with Stainless Steel Wire Rope and can be combined with a huge variety of other fittings for anchorage purposes or load distribution. Note that these fittings have a WLL established based on the MBS of the deployment cable using an 8x safety factor.
