Sometimes items get damaged or require updating or simple repair. So if you feel that your equipment might benefit from some service or repair. Please contact us to discuss it.
There are a number of options that can be pursued – but discussion of goals, timing, potential cost, warranty implications and other relevant matters is always required. If we both agree that it makes sense to have a more detailed look at the item, we will proceed. In all cases, a minimum Service Charge of $150.00 will be applied. This covers the time required to physically assess the item.A work order will then be prepared outlining the timing and potential costs and an Authorization number will be issued.
There are no circumstances where we will accept a package that arrives unannounced and without a valid Work Order and valid Authorization Number. In these circumstances, it will always be treated as an unaccepted return as clarified under Returns and referred to under Warranties
Any shipping and handling charges related to item transport to and from Low Cost Wire are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please include a copy of the Work Order and the Authorization Number and ship the lot to:

As soon as we receive the valid shipment, we will review it and be in touch with you with and assessment. Items received with a valid Work Order and an Authorization Number will have an assessment and service estimate sent to the client within a reasonable time. Based on that, we can jointly agree on the next step in the process.
Conditions:
- Only products originally sold by Low Cost Wire Pty Ltd and its trading entities for the original owner as evidenced by a copy of the original receipt are addressable under an agreed Work Order,
- All charges are based on time and effort without any guarantee of a desired result or functionality,
- All Work Orders are conducted on a “best efforts” basis with no guarantee of result or functionality,
- A minimum Service Charge of $150.00 will be applied in all cases.
