We are diligent in shipping your item – nobody earns business by being lazy!
Our shipping method is to use the most effective carrier for delivery to your location. We serve all of Australia (…and it’s a BIG place), so our methods will vary depending on the delivery postcode, and the volume and weight of the order.
Shipping your Order
- Multiple Items: YES! – We combine all your items into one shipment to save both of us money on postage. We have even been known to refund money to our cherished customers when they inadvertently paid too much for postage :-).
- Delivery Locations: We ship orders all over the world – and even to PO Boxes, homes and business premises. Domestically, divisible orders (where the largest item is under 22kg) are generally shipped Aus Post. Domestic orders (where the largest item is greater than 22kgs) and International orders are shipped via Courier. Courier shipments require a physical ‘business’ location to qualify for our orders over $99 have Free Shipping program. Courier shipments to a ‘home’ address may incur a penalty fee.
- Standard Delivery: We commit to shipping the item the business day after the payment is received – often it is sooner as our shipments leave at 10:00am, 3:45pm and 4:45pm each day (Monday to Friday) and we do our best to clear any orders if they are received (payment in full) by noon that day. And undiscounted orders over $99 have Free Shipping
- Premium Delivery: Where possible, we also offer a Premium ‘Express’ delivery option if you JUST HAVE TO HAVE IT!!!! You will pay a little more. But we move heaven and earth to get your package out the door ASAP using a Express Delivery Service. (Please phone 1300 601 514 for details on a particular order as the price will vary by size of order, speed required, and destination location)
- Pickup: All orders can be picked up at our warehouse once they are paid for, or if payment is presented at the time of pickup. This is our Click & Collect service, but PLEASE call first 1300 601 514 – We have a working warehouse, not a ‘customer facing’ premise – so we are not always there due to pickups, quotes, deliveries, and occasional long lunches.
Tracking your Order
- Standard Delivery – All Orders are shipped using a service that provides a Consignment Note (tracking number). This will be entered into this site so (with your invoice number) you can sign in for track and trace. If the track and trace service does not work. If there is some problem with your delivery (e.g. the courier ‘says’ its been delivered but you can’t find it). Then please contact us on 1300 601 514.
- Express Delivery All orders are shipped using the FASTEST service that provides a Consignment Note (tracking number). This will be entered into this site so (with your invoice number) you can sign in for track and trace. If the track and trace service does not work. If there is some problem with your delivery (e.g. the courier ‘says’ its been delivered but you can’t find it). Then please contact us on 1300 601 514.
