The Stainless Hand Swaging Tool is a 260mm 4 Hole Swaging Tool. It includes a cutting ability. This tool will compress or crimp or swage a range of sizes of ferrules. This tool is available in either Stainless Steel or forged steel construction. It’s designed with 4 crimping holes to meet your different needs – all made from hardened stainless steel. The jaws are suitable for both aluminium, copper, and brass sleeves.
Features: The Stainless Hand Swaging Tool is portable. Conveniently, this tool is stainless and highly corrosion resistant. The smooth one Handed operation does not require any additional Vibration damping Rubber Grips. Additionally, the tool has forged jaws and a 2 Side Cutters. The two convenient side cutters work on wire up to 2.0mm Galvanised or Stainless Steel Wire Rope. Finally, the Swaging tool has precision ground Factory formed Swaging Holes for consistent perfect swaging every single time!
Usage: The Stainless Hand Swaging Tool is recommended for Nickel Coated Copper or Aluminium Hourglass Ferrules or Swages.The 4 Holes (crimping positions) suit swages/ferrules for 0.1mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.4mm,1.5mm, 1.6mm, 1.8mm, and 2.0mm wire rope. Note – effective wire diameter capacity depends ENTIRELY on swage/ferrule dimensions and composition.
