These Heavy Duty Hydraulic Swager Replacement Components are REPLACEMENT items – not the entire Heavy Duty Hydraulic Swager. It’s a relatively inexpensive way to get a destroyed tool working again (if the warranty has run out) and it lets you swage all day long again. The original Heavy Duty Hydraulic Swaging Tool generates the equivalent of 64 Tons / in2 with its dies and is industry fabrication quality and IMHO – one of the best hand tools around. As well, this tool has the improved lever shafts secured with an adjustable “Lock On” pressure dial – made stronger to last longer. It is well designed with reliable, solid construction and works with our three different sets of dies (GH, HH, and HR)
Usage: This Replacement Parts make Swaging/Crimping of Hourglass/Duplex Ferrules/Swages super easy again (don’t drop it). The Replacement Body simply screws onto the C-Head – which accepts the various die sets. And these dies are necessary to cold forge Swages made of Nickel Coated Copper (from 3mm to whatever you can into the jaws of this beast) or Aluminium and Stainless Steel fittings for 3mm up to 6mm Stainless Steel Wire Rope. Used properly, the precise crimping die sets and integral lock with self-releasing mechanism ensure high-quality crimping effect after crimping repeatedly.
