Our Bevel Round Washers are of are of Bright G316 Stainless Steel and are simply awesome . They are designed to work with flat posts on stairs so they have an industry standard 37 degrees. All are compatible with fittings of the proper thread size with industry standard proportional sizing.
Usage: Bevel Round Washersnormally sit between the attachment substrate and below the fastener as they are designed to offset the torque applied to the substrate by the head of the fastener. Bevelled Washers are most often used with the Female Hex Adjusters (on the outside of the posts) and with either Swage Bolts (inside) or End Stoppers (Rod Terminals) (outside) . If you are using tubular posts or require a different angle (you have non-standard stairs), then bevelled washers that are radiused for tubular posts and other angles are available by special order.The width, angle, and concavity of the Bevelled Washer should reflect the width of the fastener as they work in concert
