Description

The Heavy Duty Hand Swaging Tool is a 350mm 3 Hole Swaging Tool.  It is an excellent  Manual Hand Swage Tools for Wire Rope. Firstly, it has an “included” cutting ability. Secondly, this tool has a range of sizes of ferrules to crimp swages. The multipurpose 3 crimping hole design exits to meet your different needs. The jaws have dies formed from  hardened machine steel. The jaws are suitable for both aluminium, copper, and brass sleeves. Finally, the 3 Holes (crimping positions) suit swages/ferrules for 1.5mm, 1.6mm, 2.0mm, 2.4mm, 3.0mm, and 3.2mm wire rope.

Features: The Heavy Duty Hand Swaging Tool is portable.  Therefore, it is light enough to carry.  The two Handed operation features Vibration damping Rubber Grips.  Additionally, the tool has forged jaws and a 2 Side Cutters. The two convenient side cutters work on wire up to 3.5mm cable. The cable includes wire rope of  Galvanised or Stainless Steel. Finally, the Swaging tool has  precision ground Factory formed Swaging Holes for consistent perfect swaging every single time!

Usage: The Heavy Duty Hand Swaging Tool is recommended for Swaging Hourglass (Duplex) Ferrules.  The manual tool swages ferrules made from Nickel Coated Copper or Aluminium.  The tool suits swaging 1.5mm, 1.6mm, 2.0mm, 2.4mm, 3.0mm, and 3.2mm wire rope. Please note: this tool does NOT work with oval stainless steel swages – the sizing is ALL wrong.
