Our Round Sling Black 45mm 1T are rated with a WLL of 1T and come in a variety of lengths. Every Round sling is fabricated using 100% high tenacity polyester yarn and wound in a continuous hank to form an endless sling and conform to Australian Standard AS4497.1. Black is special for event Rigging because it ‘disappears’. Normally, they are all Violet! Conventional uses include construction sites, ship building yards, factory production workshops and even mines and engineering workshops
Usage: Each Round Sling Black 45mm 1T is proof tested at Twice its stated WLL – 1.0T. And for security and traceability, they are individually serial numbered and supplied with individual test certificate. Their Break Load Limit (MBS) is actually 7 X the indicated WLL. For peace of mind (and traceability) the label of each sling is under a protective sleeve, to prevent damage to it.
