M10 to M6 Thread Reducing Insert Stainless Steel can be used to reduce the size large female threads. This fitting reduces Metric Coarse threads, M10x1.5 to M6x1.0 and is 15mm long. One end is slotted to allow it to be inserted into the large thread.
Usage: M10 to M6 Thread Reducing Insert Stainless Steel are used to secure M6 threaded fittings into M10 threads. Please note that the retention strength of these fittings should be considered equivalent to the M6 threaded connector. Any M6x1.0 Metric Coarse threaded fastener may be used in the internal threaded port. We recommend that thread locking compound is used when the insert is installed.
