Rudder Cable 2.1kN G316 Stainless Steel Repair Kits

Materials per Kit:

1. 4 x 1.2mm Hourglass Nickel Coated Copper Swage Sleeve
2. 2 x 3.0mm Stainless Steel Thimbles
3. 2 x Blank sof 1.5mm 1×19 G316 Stainless Steel Wire Rope

Construction

1. Cut Both Wire Blanks of 1.5mm 1×19 G316 Stainless Steel Wire Rope where Target length is 3500mm
2. Wrap lengths as a pair.
3. Pick and bag the 2 thimbles and 4 swage sleeves in a fittings bag
4. Complete the package by placing the fittings bag inside a plastic sleeve containing the wire pair – and weld it shut
