Basic Wire Balustrade Tool Set
Wire Balustrade Tool Set groups tools recommended for Stainless Steel Terminals fitting 2.4mm, 3.0mm, 3.2mm and 4.0mm when using Stainless Steel Wire of any construction/structure. This kit provides the basic components:
- 200mm Cutter which simply cuts the wire – up to 4.0mm, and a
- 6.0T Hydraulic Swager with GH Dies for swaging or pressure welding Stainless Steel Terminals fitting 2.4mm, 3.0mm, 3.2mm and 4.0mm when using Stainless Steel Wire of any construction/structure
- C-Spanner which is used to tighten Rigging Screws and Bottle Screws by allowing the body of the fitting to be turned directly

Basic Wire Balustrade Tool Set groups tools recommended for Stainless Steel Terminals fitting 2.4mm, 3.0mm, 3.2mm and 4.0mm when using Stainless Steel Wire of any construction/structure. This kit provides the basic components:
- Wire Rope Cutter which simply cuts the wire – up to 4.0mm (either a 200mm or a 320mm), and a
- 6.0T Hydraulic Swager with GH Dies for swaging or pressure welding Stainless Steel Terminals fitting 2.4mm, 3.0mm, 3.2mm and 4.0mm when using Stainless Steel Wire of any construction/structure
- C-Spanner which is used to tighten Rigging Screws and Bottle Screws by allowing the body of the fitting to be turned directly
Additionally, you need (at least):
- Wire (of some length) which sort of depends on the project, and
- Terminals (also called Stainless Fittings). These fasten either the wire to itself to terminate it or complete a butt splicing operation.
Usage: Using the 2.4mm – 4.0mm Wire Stainless Steel Terminal Hydraulic Swaging Tool Kit is easy. Simply cut the wire to length, slip one end into a terminal and crush it twice with the correct dies. No thimbles or Swage Sleeves are required with these sorts of fittings.
