Our Round Sling 2.0M x 50mm 2T are rated at 1T and comply with the Australian Lifting Standard AS4497.1 Every Round sling is fabricated using 100% high tenacity polyester yarn and wound in a continuous hank to form an endless sling. For convenience of sorting their ‘rating’ – all the 1T slings are all Violet! Conventional uses include construction sites, ship building yards, factory production workshops and even mines and engineering workshops
Usage: Each Round Sling 2.0M 50mm 2T is proof tested at Twice its stated WLL. And for security and traceability, they are individually serial numbered and supplied with individual test certificate. Their Break Load Limit (MBS) is actually 7 X the indicated WLL. For peace of mind (and traceability) the label of each sling is under a protective sleeve, to prevent damage to it.
