This Swage Bolt Hex Adjuster Fork Terminal Short Lag Eye Screw SRTM kit contains enough fittings to create a single run of wire, up to 10M in length. One end of the run uses an M6 Hex Adjuster with an M6 Swage Thread Terminal to create tension, and the other end uses a fork terminal (sometimes called a jaw end, or clevis stop) connected to a lag eye screw. A Bevel Washers at one end allow for use on angled installations.

Swage Bolt Hex Adjuster Fork Terminal Short Lag Eye Screw SRTM Kit suits a short run of wire of 10 meters or less (SR = Short Run) between a timber post and a metal post. Firstly, fittings suit a run of wire up to 10 meters in length. Secondly, there is one tensioning point. Finally, there are enough fittings for a single wire run. Interestingly, this kit works on both Timber and Timber Posts – you just have to drill through.
Usage: Installation of the Swage Bolt Hex Adjuster Fork Terminal Short Lag Eye Screw SRTM is easy. In this application one end uses an M6 Hex Adjuster with an M6 Swage Thread Terminal to create the required tension. Conversely, the other end uses a fork terminal (sometimes called a jaw end, or clevis stop) connected to a lag eye screw. Finally, the fittings require hydraulic swaging. Firstly, cut the wire to length. Secondly, swage the button end. Thirdly, feed the wire through pre-drilled intermediate posts. Finally, swage the thread terminal on, screw on the hex adjuster – and using a hex key – apply tension.
