Valve Tag Plate 100mmx35mmx2mm 316 Stainless Steel are valve identification Plates – also known as Tags, Plates, or IDs. They are made from 316 Stainless Steel and they are designed to work with High and Medium Flexibility Stainless Steel Wire Rope.

Valve Tag Plate 100mmx35mmx2mm 316 Stainless Steel are valve identification Plates – also known as Tags, Plates, or IDs. They are made from 316 Stainless Steel and they are designed to work with High and Medium Flexibility Stainless Steel Wire Rope. Plates are laser etched and sized to accommodate 7 or 8 characters per Tag. These Tags are generally attached using 2.0mm 7×7 G316 Stainless Steel Wire Rope fastened with Hourglass Swages. These are viewed as ‘hand’ swages and normally require only a mechanical tool.
Usage: The end of a length of wire is threaded through a swage and then the hole in the plate. Then the wire is then looped around the attachment point (valve) and the end of the wire is threaded back through the swage. Swage Sleeve 2.0 is used on the 2.0mm wire cable. The swage is then secured using a manual crimping tool.
