Safety Wire SESE 500mm Black 7×19 4.0mm/5.6mm G316 Stainless Steel

Materials per wire:

  1. 2 x 4.0mm Swage Eye G316 Stainless Steel
  2. 2 x 50mm 8.0mm Heatshrink
  3. Blank of Black PVC Coated 7×19 4.0mm/5.6mm G316 Stainless Steel Wire Rope

Construction:

  1. Cut Wire Blanks of Black PVC Coated 7×19 4.0mm/5.6mm G316 Stainless Steel Wire Rope where T2T Target length is 500mm
  2. Each Swaged Eye adds 33mm.
  3. Cut blanks to 434mm = 500mm – (33mm + 33mm)
  4. Strip the coating back 38mm
  5. Slip two lengths of heatshrink over the blank
  6. Align the planes of the Swage Eyes and swage on using the Yellow Press
  7. Heat and Shrink the Heatshrink
