Swivel Hook with Self Locking Eye G80 Galvanised Steel is a self-locking gated hook for lifting. The gate is constructed so that – once fastened – it is LOCKED ensuring safe operation. The ball bearing swivel allows the hook to rotate under load thus reducing the twisting on any slings. This hook is designed with a much larger Eye for securing large shackles and short link chain at the lifting point. The advantage of a self-locking Eye over a normal gate is that they CANNOT be removed 1 handed. The locking tab securely closes the fitting. Certification by batch number is available on request at the time of purchase.
