EM Series Swager Round Dies

These EM Cordless Hydraulic Round Crimping Dies suit the 12T EM Series in our line of Cordless Hydraulic Swaging Tools. These dies are intended to be used in a “crimping” capacity – NOT a true swaging capacity. The sizing of the dies accommodates the EM Series, and the power of tool achieved on the actual contact surface is MUCH more, thus allowing faster work, use on larger wire with elevated head pressure in a crimping capacity.

These Cordless Hydraulic Round Crimping Dies suit the 12T EM Series in our line of Cordless Hydraulic Swaging Tools. These dies are intended to be used in a “crimping” capacity – NOT a true swaging capacity. The sizing of the dies accommodates the EM Series, and the power of tool achieved on the actual contact surface is MUCH more, thus allowing faster work, use on larger wire with elevated head pressure in a crimping capacity.

Application: These dies are offered separately and are specialized for use with either Round or Oval Swages in Copper or Aluminium. Custom (non-standard) versions can be made available for Oval Stainless Steel Swage Sleeves. They are available individually in case of loss of the original or if there is an interest in having some extras. All of the dies intended for our Swaging Tools are (and have always been) high carbon tool steel that is heat treated for long life.  Used as recommended, in the EP tool, these jaws are hard enough that they will (probably) never need to be replaced. But if you do wear them out, or lose them in the forest – the replacements are available here
