Our Coated Wire Swaging Service manufactures custom made wires – from fittings and Coated cable. Firstly, this custom service has a fast turnaround. Conveniently, our Cut and Swage service (also know as pre-swaged wires) has a turn around time of about a week. Secondly, an express service may be available – depending on volume – at an agreed premium price for repeat customers. Finally, custom built wires use wire kits of your choosing. Technical recommendations are available in both cases!
Firstly, provide your measurements from inside post to inside post (or tip to tip for stand alone cables). Secondly, the wires are made to order. Finally, we guarantee that they will fit (or we’ll do them over). Basically, all the hard work is done for you – you just take delivery of your wires and install them in a couple of hours.
We can also ship out any complementary hardware and/or post fittings ahead of the wires so that you can have everything drilled and sorted when the wires arrive.
