Our Hydraulic Swaging Service manufactures custom made wires – from fittings and Coated cable. Firstly, this custom service has a fast turnaround. Conveniently, our Cut and Swage service (also know as pre-swaged wires) has a turn around time of about a week. Secondly, an express service may be available – depending on volume – at an agreed premium price for repeat customers. Finally, custom built wires use wire kits of your choosing. Technical recommendations are available in both cases!
Firstly, provide your measurements from inside post to inside post. Secondly, the wires are made to order. Finally, we guarantee that they will fit (or we’ll do them over). Basically, all the hard work is done for you – you just drill holes in your posts (metal or timber), drill out your intermediate posts, take delivery of your wires and install them in a couple of hours.
We will also ship out any grommets and post fittings ahead of the wires so that you can have everything drilled and sorted when the wires arrive.
