Jaw Jaw Rigging Screw Thimbles Grips Saddles LRTT kit suits a single long run (LR – over 10M). Additionally, the long run configuration uses two jaw jaw rigging screws (one on each end). These provide dual tensioning points. As a result, there are two Eye Straps (Saddles) that attach directly to end posts. Saddles secure with countersunk 316 Screws. The kit components change based on the applicable wire rope.

Usage Before swaging, please expand both tensioners for maximum adjust-ability. The Jaw Jaw Rigging Screw Thimbles Grips Saddles LR kit has a turnbuckle at either end. Consequently, saddles attach to the wire using a thimble and a wire rope grip. As a result, this Kit may be installed in place with the wire “cut to fit”. Alternatively, you may build the wire before you install it. In this case, the length of a wire run is determined by the ‘inside to inside’ post measurement. We recommend planning firt. Then cutting, building, installing and reviewing your installation ensures that it looks the way YOU want it to look once its complete.
