Description
These Jaw Jaw Rigging Screw Thimbles Swages Saddles Screws SRTT kits suits a wire run of up to 10 meters (hence the SR or Short Run). Firstly, the Jaw Jaw Rigging Screw provides tensioning. Consequently, this makes only one end adjustable. Secondly, the saddles secure both ends of the wire. Ultimately, the Saddles with self tapping screws at both ends form the two attachment points. These attach directly into a timber posts (hence the TT or Timber to Timber). Optional versions of this Kit work with 2.0mm, 2.4mm, 3.2mm and 4.0mm Wire Rope.
Application We recommend cutting, building, installing (a single wire first) and reviewing your installation to ensure that it looks the way YOU want it to look once its complete.
Option 1 – Build in Place First step, secure the eye bolts/screws. Subsequently, install the wire through the intermediate posts and ‘cut to length’. Secondly, drill the intermediate posts out to at least 4mm prior to swaging in place. Thirdly, before swaging, please expand all of the tensioners. Finally, this preserves the maximum adjust-ability.
