Our Manual Swaging service of cables (also know as pre-swaged wires) has a turn around time of about a week  Wire are made to order using a wire structure of your choosing in combination with fittings or balustrade wire kits of you choosing as well.
An emergency express service may be available based on quantities – at an agreed premium price – basically, your lack of planning does NOT constitute my emergency – but we will do our best to help – and if we get stuck into it, it will be very EXXY).
Description
Manual Swaging of cable is a custom service is something that Low Cost Wire is pleased to offer in our factory in Sydney. This is done with both coated and uncoated cables. And because the coating must be stripped and wires prepped – it is a more expensive service than swaging bare cabel.
Our Cut and Swage service (also know as pre-swaged wires) has a turn around time of about a week (1-day express service is available on an agreed basis for a premium price). Â Wire are made to order using a wire structure of your choosing (7×7 or 7×19, or 1×19) in combination of wire kits or fittings of your choosing as well.
All we need is your measurements from inside post to inside post (for a fitting kit) or from bearing point to bearing point for a rigging cable & we will make the wires to order – and guarantee that they will fit (or we’ll do them over). Basically, all the hard work is done for you.
