Materials per wire:

  1. 1 x 5.0mm Fork Terminals for 2.5mm Wire Rope
  2. 1 x 2.5mm Jaw Swage Rigging Screw
  3. Blank of Coated Black 2.5mm /3.0mm 7X7 G316 Stainless Steel Wire Rope

Construction:

  1. Each “Swaged on” 2.5mm Mini Jaw Swage Rigging Screw adds xx.xmm
  2. Each “Swaged on” Fork Terminal adds 29.5mm
  3. Cut blanks to 516mm = 575 – (29.5mm + xx.xmm)
  4. Strip 25.0mm from each end
  5. Press the Jaw Swage Rigging Screw and the Fork Terminal onto the wire using the 2.0mm-2.5mm Dies from the HP-240C in the C-Anvil head installed into the Hydraulic Press.
