Materials per wire:

  1. 2 x 2.5mm Fork Terminals
  2. Blank of Coated Black 2.5mm /3.0mm 7X7 G316 Stainless Steel Wire Rope

Construction:

  1. Cut Wire Blanks of Coated Black 2.5mm /3.0mm 7X7 G316 Stainless Steel Wire Rope where internal Bearing Point to Bearing Point Target length is 575mm
  2. Each “Swaged on” Fork Terminal adds 29.5mm
  3. Cut blanks to 516mm = 575 – (2*29.5mm)
  4. Strip 25.0mm from each end
  5. Ensure alignment of the Fork Terminals in the same plane, press the Fork Terminals onto the wire using the 2.0mm-2.5mm Dies from the HP-240C in the C-Anvil head installed into the Hydraulic Press.
