Safety Wire HEHE Red Coated 5.0mm/7.0mm 2865mm 6X19 G1570 Galvanised Steel

Materials per wire:

1. 2 x 5.0mm Oval Aluminium Swage Sleeve
2. 2 x 40mm 12.0mm Red 4:1 Heatshrink
3. 2 x 4.0mm Stainless Steel Thimbles
4. Blank of Red Coated 5.0mm/7.0mm 6X19 G1570 Galvanised Steel

Construction

1. Cut Wire Blanks of Red Coated 5.0mm/7.0mm 6X19 G1570 Galvanised Steel where CoE2CoE Target length is 2865mm
2. Each Hard Eye provides ??? 32mm from bottom of uncrimped Oval Sleeve (wrapped around the thimble) to the outside edge.
3. Creating Hard Eye, wire needs to extend past from the front of the swage sleeve by ????? 100mm
4. Cut blanks to XXXmm = 2865 – (2*XXXmm) + (2*XXXmm)
5. Strip both ends to a length of ????? 165mm
6. Slip both pieces of the Heat Shrink over one end of the blank
7. For each end:
   1. Use the 5.0mm Oval Aluminium Swage Sleeve to hold the Hard Eye, allowing 5.0mm of wire to protrude on the backside of the swage sleeve
   2. Using the 5.0mm Hydraulic Swager Round Dies, press the oval swage sleeve to a round tube shape
   3. Slide the Heat Shrink over the (now) round swage sleeve forming the loop and change ends
8. Apply heat using a Heat Gun to the Heat Shrink Tubing to complete the wire.
