Construction:

  1. Cut Wire Blanks of Red PVC Coated 3.0mm/4.0mm 6×7 G1570 Galvanised Steel Wire Rope where T2T Target length is 1.5M
  2. The SwageEye uses up xxmm and the Rod End uses up xxmm
  3. Cut blanks to xxxxmm = 1500mm – (xxmm) + (xxmm)
  4. Using the Crimping jaws are from 240 – Hex Shape for 3.5mm Simplex Stainless Steel Fittings in the Hydraulic Bench Press and press the Swage Eye to ~3000PSI.
  5. Using the Crimping jaws are from 240 – Hex Shape for 2.5mm Simplex Stainless Steel Fittings in the Hydraulic Bench Press and press the Swage Eye to ~3000PSI.
