What are the product usage guidelines?
- Manually crimps fittings (Hourglass or Round Ferrules) that secure and terminate the wire rope.
- This tool does NOT suit oval stainless steel sleeves or stainless steel simplex swaged fittings.
- 2 Handed use is possible but not recommended due to coordination difficulties.
- 1 Handed use is achieved by opening the tool fully, while holding the top lever, place the end of the bottom lever on a stable surface, inserting the sleeve and apply weight to the top lever thus folding the tool closed.
