Description

This awesome Manually lever actuated 6.0T Heavy Duty Hydraulic Swager Tool generates an effective 64T/in2 with GH-8 dies (based on contact surface) and is industry fabrication quality. This enormous pressure has the ability to “cold pressure weld” the fittings into the wire rope. Small, light and IMHO one of the best hand tools around – we have (literally) sold thousands. As well, this tool has a “Lock On” pressure dial with an integral pressure relief valve for reliable consistency. This ‘pre-set’ pressure valve ensures every swage is perfect and achieved at the same pressure. We have taken this well-designed, re-buildable tool with proven reliable, solid construction fits your hand and has been made stronger to last longer. Additionally, our custom fabricated Die Sets extends the  application scenarios of this tool.

What is this used for?

What to avoid with this Product?

• Hourglass Swage Sleeves made from Aluminium or Copper do not yield optimal results as they are designed for Manual Crimping Tools.
• All lifting or rigging applications where a rated connection capacity must be achieved is NOT recommended
