Through Bolt Swage Rigging Screw M6 3.2mm G316 Stainless Steel is a unique closed turnbuckle. They are ideal fasteners for projects requiring tensioners or turnbuckles for stainless steel wire rope. A Rigging Screw is a closed body turnbuckle. These fasten with a through bolt into concrete at one end. The other end is hydraulically swaged to wire rope. Consequently, they attach easily and quickly to concrete. 6mm through bolts require very small holes (6mm) and provide a professional and timeless look.

Usage: The Through Bolt Swage Rigging Screw M6 3.2mm will work only with 3.2mm wire rope. They fasten with an M6 Through Bolt to an anchor hole. An anchor holes in the concrete that will contain the wire. Generally, the Through Bolt Swage Rigging Screws do NOT work with terminal loops formed with ferrules and thimbles. A hydraulic swager crimps the swaged end of the turnbuckle to the appropriate diameter of wire rope. The hydraulic swaging tool maybe bench mounted or portable for ease of use in your application. With both right-hand and left-hand threads, the body of the closed turnbuckle can easily provide tension to your wire rope, without bending or stretching the wire. Tighten the body of the rigging screw with a c-spanner by rotating the body clockwise until tensioned to your needs.
